Of course! We offer beginner classes for everyone whether your trying something new, getting back into the groove of dancing or just here for the vibes - we have a class for you. If you like the look of our other classes, the levels vary depending on the teacher so definitely check out our instagram to stay in the loop of our weekly classes.

Anything you want! this is a safe space for everyone so we encourage people to wear anything they’re comfortable wearing. As we are located in a commercial building with other businesses operating we kindly ask that you get changed into outfits once you arrive - we have bathrooms opposite the studio.

You do not have to wear heels! You are welcome to wear any shoe that’s comfortable - sneakers, barefoot.
If it is your first time or you are new to dancing in heel and you are planning on wearing a heel, we recommend any comfortable heel with ankle support - boots, lace ups or straps.

We are located inside a commercial building in Grey Lynn.
Level 2/58 Surrey Crescent, Grey Lynn, Auckland 1021
We recommend coming from the back entrance of the building coming up the driveway from Great North Road (Where the F45 is). This side is where there will be heaps of street parking.
Go through the backdoor of the building down the corridor to the stairs, go up the stairs to level 2 where you’ll see a door in front of you with the green sign for Haus Movement Studio. Go through there to unit 3 on the left- the studio.
If you are coming from Surrey Crescent. Go to the building at the end of the driveway with 58 above the sliding door. Go straight to the stairs and down to level 2. Go through the door with the green Haus Movement Studio sign and turn left to unit 3 - the studio.

The building locks at 7:30pm Weekdays & 6:00pm Weekends
After hours when the building locks we keep a lockbox outside the back entrance ONLY for our students to get into the building. Please use this entrance after hours.
